Christmas Carol Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
3 eggs (add 1 at a time)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
3 medium apples, diced well
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Spray 12-cup Bundt pan with Baker's Joy.
Combine ingredients in order listed; blend well after each. Pour into pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 45 minutes.
Invert on platter.
Glaze and decorate.
