Red Rice 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice
4 strips of bacon
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 small diced onion
Preparation

Fry bacon until crispy.
Saute onion in bacon drippings.
Add tomato sauce and season to taste.
Add cooked rice and then add crumbled up bacon.
Let rice simmer for about 20 minutes.
