Sausage Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hot pork sausage
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. french onion dip
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
30 oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook and drain sausage; set aside.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Put half into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with the sausage.
Cover with remaining potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden.
