Broiled Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 large potatoes, bias sliced, about 1/4-inch thick
Preparation
    Stir together margarine or butter, basil, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper.
    Brush margarine mixture on both sides of potato slices and place in a single layer on a cookie sheet or broiler pan.
    Broil about 5 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown.
    Turn potatoes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Broil 6 to 8 minutes more or until tender.
