Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. confection sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

First, make bottom layer.
Blend the butter and sugar until creamy.
Stir in flour until crumbly, pat into bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
While this bakes, beat the eggs with the sugar, lemon and flour.
Pour this over the still warm crust, and return to the oven 18 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting into squares.
Then watch them disappear.
