Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast
    3 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chuck roast.
    Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Bring to a boil on top of the stove.
    Pour over meat. Bake for 6 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Take fork and remove fat and flake off meat.
    Serves a crew.
