Pan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together water and yeast.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Turn out onto floured board.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Heat oven slightly then turn off.
    Put dough into greased bowl and place in warmed oven. Let rise for 45 minutes (until double the size).
    Spread in pizza pan.
    Put back into warm oven to rise again (30 minutes).
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Take out of oven and butter top.
    Cut in pizza wedges.
