Pickled Mushrooms And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 small onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns, drained (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine all ingredients, except mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
    Add mushrooms; simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
    Pour into bowl and cover.
    Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
    Drain and serve with cocktail picks.
