Dilly Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. thinly pared cucumbers (about 4 medium cucumbers)
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Place cucumbers in a large bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients except dill weed; pour over cucumbers and gently mix.
    Sprinkle with dill weed.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Mix lightly before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
