Wil'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients (except crab).
    Add crab. (If too dry, add more mayonnaise.)
    Fry about 5 minutes on each side (medium temperature).
