Pepper Steak With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. julienned green peppers
    1 beef bouillon cube
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. cooked egg noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Cut beef into thin strips and brown in butter. Sprinkle with garlic and cook, stirring occasionally until brown.
    Add onion and green peppers.
    Cook 2 minutes or until tender, but not brown.
    Add tomatoes and bouillon cube.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
