Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine in pan.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add milk until smooth.
Cook on medium heat 6 minutes while constantly stirring until thickened.
Add cheese and the next 3 ingredients, stirring until cheese melts.
