Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. loosely packed, no seed, coarsely grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until thick and lemon colored.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Sift flour with cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder.
    Add to zucchini mixture. Fold in walnuts.
    Pour mixture into 2 oiled and floured loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean.
    Let cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Invert loaves on rack and cool completely.
