Jiffy Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken gravy
    1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    4 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms and onion in margarine until golden.
    Blend in gravy, milk, 2 tablespoons grated cheese, poultry seasoning and sherry.
    Place spaghetti in casserole.
    Blend in half of gravy mixture.
    Add chicken to remaining gravy mixture and pour over spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
