Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 small zucchini
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. diced onion
    1 box chicken stuffing mix
    2 tsp. soft oleo
Preparation
    Shred zucchini with peeling.
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
