Enchilada Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. cumin seed (ground)
    1/2 c. green chilies, chopped
    1/2 can enchilada sauce (mild)
    1 doz. tortillas
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9
    x 13-inch baking dish lightly.
    Brown ground beef and drain, then return to heat; add onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
    Then add salt, pepper, garlic and cumin.
    Add soups, chilies and enchilada sauce.
    Mix together; set aside.
    Cut tortillas in quarters; put in bottom of baking dish.
    Cover with 1/2 of meat mixture; layer another layer of tortillas and meat mixture.
    Cover with grated cheese and bake 30 minutes.
