Baked Lasagne Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 to 12 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles
2 eggs
small container cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
1/2 lb. American cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef with oil, onion, garlic and parsley. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper (for hot lasagne, add 1 can Ro-Tel also); simmer 30 minutes.
