Sausage Bread(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. each: margarine and olive oil
    1 loaf frozen dough (1 lb.), thawed
    10 oz. cooked veal sausage, finely chopped or turkey sausage
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    3 oz. Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
    3 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat margarine and oil over medium heat until bubbly.
    Add garlic; saute until golden, about 1 minute.
    Press dough into a 17 x 10-inch rectangle sheet.
    Brush dough with half of the garlic mixture.
    Arrange Provolone over dough.
    Top with sausage. Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
    Firmly press into dough, starting from wide end.
    Roll, jelly roll fashion.
    Pinch to enclose and pinch ends.
    Put, seam sides down, onto nonstick sheet.
    Brush with remaining garlic
    mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
    (If bread is browning too quickly, cover with foil.) Cool 15 minutes and slice.
