Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 apples, diced
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening or oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
