Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. finely diced, pared raw apples
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnut
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix the first five ingredients, then add the rest of the ingredients except the confectioners sugar. Beat until just combined.
Bake for 1 hour or until top springs back when lightly pressed with fingertips.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and serve.
