Cabbage A La Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium cabbage
    1/3 c. reconsitituted nonfat instant milk
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into thin slices; boil for 8 minutes in small amount of boiling salted water.
    Drain; stir in milk and margarine.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 large servings.
