Scandinavian Rye Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. melted and cooled butter
3/4 tsp. salt
Sour Rye Sponge (directions follow)
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. beaten egg
Preparation

Choose mixing and kneading method, except food processor.
Add butter and salt to Rye Sponge.
Add all-purpose flour as specified.
Knead.
Let dough rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
