Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pot roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Put roast in pot.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cover and bake at approximately 325\u00b0 until tender or for about 4 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
