German Pancake(Dutch Babies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter a heavy 10-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Blend eggs, salt and flour.
    Add milk and mix thoroughly. Pour into pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes more.
    Serve with powdered sugar and heated maple syrup.
