Sweet Potatoes And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 med sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced to 1/4 inch
    4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
    1 bag miniature marshmallows
    1/4 cup butter, in small pieces
    1/2 cup water
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    1 cup pecans, broken (optional)
Preparation
    Place sweet potatoes in buttered 9 x 13 pan.
    Cover with apples and then marshmallows.
    Mix cornstarch with water and pour over everything.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with pecans.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 until potatoes are tender, about one hour.
