Black Bean Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked black beans, rinsed and drained (may use canned)
    2 Tbsp each: sliced green onion; chopped bell pepper and chopped red onion
    1 Tbsp. each: lime juice and chopped cilantro
    1 garlic clove minced
    4 flour tortillas (10 inch round)
    1 c. grated Monterrey Jack, Asadero or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Slightly mash black beans with a fork in small bowl.
    Stir in green onion, bell pepper, onion, lime juice, cilantro and garlic. Set aside.
