Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean tender-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
    1 egg white
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Season-All
Preparation
    Trim all fat from chops.
    Beat egg white with milk.
    Place chops in milk mixture.
    Let stand for 5 minutes, turning chops once.
    Mix together cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs and Season-All. Remove chops from mixture.
    Coat thoroughly with crumb mixture. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray coating.
    Place chops in pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn chops, bake 20 minutes longer.
