Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Preparation

Turn oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and beat until peaks form.
Add vanilla and salt. Gently, fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Place small teaspoon of dough on foil.
Place in oven.
Turn oven off.
Leave cookies in oven overnight.
