Orange Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 stick margarine
salt and flour
4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Skin chicken breasts.
Salt chicken and coat in flour.
Melt margarine in heavy iron skillet.
Add chicken to melted margarine and brown.
Pour orange juice over chicken and cook on low until done.
Chicken is very tender, has a wonderful flavor and will practically \"fall off the bone.\"
Serve with herb rice.
Be sure to cover the chicken while cooking on low.
