Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. breadcrumbs (plain or flavored)
    1/4 c. grated Romano or Locatelli cheese
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 lb. hamburger type meat
    salt and pepper
    dash of allspice
    dash of cardamon
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. beef bouillon broth
    1/2 c. any old red wine
    1 Tbsp. flour, blended in 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Season the meat with the spices and add half the onion.
    Add the egg.
    Squnch it all together and then make 1 1/2-inch meat balls (seems to make between 10 and 12 of them).
    Place in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Flip the balls over with a spoon.
