Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, oil, zucchini and flour together.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Makes 2 loaf pans or 1 tube pan.
