Ingredients

6 eggs
3 c. sugar
5 c. milk
2 cans evaporated milk (26 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar.
Scald sweet milk. Add to egg mixture. Add evaporated milk, salt, vanilla and nuts. Freeze until firm.
Yields 1 gallon.
