Impossible Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 eggs
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    your choice pie filling
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate.
    Beat all ingredients together on high speed.
    Pour into ungreased plate.
    Bake until puffed center is dry, about 30 minutes.
    Spread a can of pie filling carefully over it and cool.
