Rocky Road Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cold half and half or light cream
1 pkg. chocolate fudge flavor instant Jell-O
3 1/2 c. (8 oz. carton) Cool Whip, thawed
1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker crust
Preparation

Pour half and half into large bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream (Cool Whip), chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts.
Spoon into pie crust.
Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
Remove from freezer and let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
Store any leftover pie in freezer.
