Homemade Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large loaf white bread
    2 to 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans of chicken broth
    2 to 3 ribs chopped celery
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Lay out bread the night before and let dry out.
    Melt butter, onions and celery.
    Saute.
    Blend sauteed mixture with broken up pieces of bread in a large pan.
    Pour in chicken broth until bread is mushy.
    Add eggs and blend together well.
    Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
    Butter bowl and place dressing in bowl.
    Cover and bake until brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes one casserole bowl.
