Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 small onions or 1 large
2 c. tomatoes
2 c. corn (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c. green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onions together.
Add tomatoes and green peppers.
Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
Add corn and seasoning and stir well.
Cook slowly for another 30 minutes. Stir often and water may be added, if too thick.
