Shoyu Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings
3/4 c. soy (Shoyu) sauce
1/2 bag Chinese rock sugar or 3/4 c. regular sugar
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
1/2 tsp. Chinese Five-Spice
1/2 tsp. Accent or m.s.g.
1/4 tsp. Chinese Five-Spice
Preparation

Clean wings, separating at joints.
Bring all ingredients (not chicken) to boil.
Then add wings and simmer 40 minutes.
