Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour (do not sift)
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. lukewarm water (to dissolve yeast)
    1/2 c. buttermilk, warmed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Work together all ingredients.
    Knead and place in greased bowl.
    Cover with dish towel and let rise for 2 to 3 hours. Pinch off, dip into melted margarine.
    Bake on greased pan for about 10 minutes or until brown at 425\u00b0.
