Pork Chop Skillet Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    3 potatoes, sliced
    1 to 2 c. water
    1/2 c. rice
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Remove.
    Prepare vegetables. Wash rice and brown in pork drippings.
    Slice pepper rings and potatoes.
    Remove rice from skillet.
    Place pork chops in bottom. Layer with peppers, onion, tomatoes, potatoes and rice over them. Season.
    Add 1 to 2 cups of water.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
