Baked Rhubarb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk, sugar and nutmeg together.
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Pour butter on eggs and mix well.
    Sprinkle flour over baking dish.
    Put rhubarb in dish and pour egg mixture over. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
