Orange Freeze Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
2/3 c. boiling orange juice
1 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 c. whip cream
Preparation

Dissolve jello in orange juice.
Add ice cream, blending until dissolved.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in mandarin oranges.
Fold in whip cream.
Pour in crust.
Freeze until firm. (I just refrigerate and it's fine.) Serves 8.
