Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground chuck beef
3/4 c. fine dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
3/4 tsp. cornstarch
few grains allspice
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. top milk
1/4 c. fat or salad oil
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1 c. Burgundy wine
2 bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients and 3/4 teaspoon of the salt. Shape into 30 or 32 small balls.
Fry a few at a time in the fat in a skillet. Transfer to a plate to keep warm as they are browned.
