Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1 c. cream-style corn (include 3 Tbsp. liquid)
    1/3 c. half and half
    24 to 30 soda crackers, crushed (remove an adequate amount for topping)
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a bowl with a fork until frothy.
    Blend in seasoning and corn, adding chunks of butter, half and half and cracker crumbs; mix well.
    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with reserved crumbs; dot generously with more butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
