Applesauce Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick-cooking oats
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. sugarless applesauce
    4 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oats, flours and baking powder.
    In another bowl, combine milk, applesauce and egg whites; add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto heated griddle coated with nonstick spray.
    Cook until bubbles appear on the top, turn and cook until lightly browned.
    Yields 5 servings (2 pancakes each).
