Pineapple Nut Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. either chopped green pepper or celery
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine (do not put in blender)
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Save 1 cup pecans.
    Mound on serving dish. Cover with remaining pecans and chill.
    (I roll in pecans which I have chopped in blender.)
    Serve with almost any crispy dipper or spread with knife on crackers, celery, green pepper, etc.
