Pasta "Aglio Ed Olio" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
coarsely ground pepper
4 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 lb. capellini
grated cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over low heat, adding garlic.
Stir often until the garlic turns golden, but not burned.
Cook capellini until it's al dente, drain it well and toss it with the oil, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley.
Serve immediately with grated cheese.
