Breakfast Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage or bacon
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    In the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, crumble 2 slices of bread.
    Cook and drain sausage or bacon; beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.
    Put cooked, drained sausage or bacon over bread crumbs.
    Pour egg mixture over; cover with grated cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
