Peanut Butter Temptations - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. soda
48 mini peanut butter cups

Preparation

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients until blended.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Press into 1 3/4-inch muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press 1 peanut butter cup candy into each hot cookie crust.
Allow to cool.
Remove from pan.
