Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 small red onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves
    11 oz. spicy sausage meat or skinned spicy sausages
    4 oz. cooked bulgur
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 medium red bell peppers
    olive oil
Preparation
    Melt butter in a frying pan and add onions and garlic. Fry gently until onions begin to brown. Add sausage meat and fry gently for 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix together bulgur, parsley and tomatoes. Add sausage meat mixture; season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Halve bell peppers and discard seeds. Fill peppers with stuffing and place in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.
