Red Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (not butter recipe) *
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. red food coloring
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat together cake mix, water and eggs.
Add red food coloring, cocoa, oil and vanilla.
Beat well, then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar.
Fold into cake batter after it stops foaming.
Put in greased and floured 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
